In other words, if I go ahead and put the transponder in a different vehicle, and the device reads correctly at the toll plaza, are they going to know that I wasn't driving the Vue? A non-read through an E-ZPass-only lane will no doubt trigger a violation. It hasn't been used on a toll road for at least three years, if not longer.
